TERMS OF USE

For the iPhone app, read Apple’s standard Terms of Use (EULA).

You must be at least 13 years old to use JST FLP. Use it lawfully, respectfully, and only for personal decision-making and sharing. JST FLP is not professional, medical, legal, financial, or safety advice.

You can use a local device profile or sign in with Apple in the iPhone app. Apple accounts and profile details are stored through Supabase. Photos and decision history remain on your device unless shared through an invite or result link. Keep your device and account secure, and only use photos you have permission to share.

You are responsible for the names, photos, questions, choices, and other material you provide. Do not submit content that is unlawful, threatening, hateful, sexually explicit, invasive of someone’s privacy, or infringing. By sharing a FLP, you allow JST FLP to host and display that content to the people participating in or viewing that FLP for the period described in our Privacy Policy.

To report content or a result link, email support@jstflp.app with the link and a short description of the issue. We may remove material or limit access when it violates these terms or presents a safety concern.

The iPhone app includes one demo FLP. Continued play and hosting require an account and an active subscription. Guests can join an invitation without purchasing a plan. Apple shows the price, billing period, any eligible free trial, and renewal terms before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in Apple subscription settings. Deleting a JST FLP account does not cancel Apple billing. Apple’s purchase, cancellation, and refund terms apply.

We work to keep JST FLP available and fun, but it may change, pause, or be unavailable at times. We may update these terms by posting the new version here with a revised date.

Questions about these terms can be sent to support@jstflp.app.
